Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in the U.S. and made in China.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We currently have a flat fee of $4.95 for U.S. shipping and $12.95 for international shipping.
Where is my tracking information?
Your tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email info@livepapayacare.com within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.
When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order within approximately 2 weeks from the time an order is placed.

How do I return an order?
For sanitary reasons, Live Papaya does not offer returns or exchanges for socks. Currently, we only have compression socks for sale. Therefore, returns are not possible at this time, but please feel free to email us at info@livepapayacare.com with any concerns.
Once we expand our product line, we will begin to offer a 15-day return policy, as described in our full Returns/Exchanges policy.
What do I do if I have received a faulty item?
If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered - please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible at info@livepapayacare.com and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing. If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we can make arrangements for a refund, store credit, or direct replacement.
Please note that Live Papaya does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash, wear and tear.
